Cancellation Policy

Please be sure to read ALL information below before booking. MINIMUM OF ONE GUEST ALLOWED IN ROOM DURING APPOINTMENT. MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK ANY SERVICE. CANCELLATION POLICY  Unfortunately there are no cancellations, since deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you choose to cancel you will forfeit your deposit (rescheduling is different than cancelling - if you need to reschedule, please reach out first, do NOT cancel your appointment or you will lose your deposit)   Please read my policy for any contradictions before you book. If you neglect to do so and show up with any condition that makes you an unsuitable client I will refuse service and you will lose your deposit. After your third rescheduled appointment, your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit. If there are issues, please reach out. PAYMENT I accept all major credit cards (with 3% transaction fee) or exact cash. No personal checks/checks of any kind. Please review the below precautions  (For Permanent Makeup Services): *If you have previous work done by another artist you must send me pictures before booking. * Everyone is different and can respond to topical epinephrine differently. How much you bleed will effect the outcome result and number of appointments it takes to get the desired result. * Clients must take proper medication prior to lip blushing if you have a cold sore or ANY history of cold sores. Please visit your doctor for a prescription before your treatment. *  If you are considering getting any type of lip fillers (for lip blushing), Botox, fillers, microneedling, or any procedures on your face, please allow 2 weeks before your scheduled permanent make up to allow things to be healed and settled. If in doubt, book your permanent make up before those procedures to ensure they will not interfere.   *  I do not recommend usage of any OTC lotions and creams for exfoliating, tone correcting, anti-aging, or fading as it can alter the appearance of your treatment. Stop use of these 2 weeks prior to appointment around the treatment area. *  If you have pink eye the area must be healed prior to the treatment. (for eyeliner enhancement) *  If you have had laser eye surgery, blepharoplasty, or an eye-lift done you must wait three months from your procedure before your eyeliner enhancement. *  If you have shingles on the treated area please wait several months to get the enhancement. *  You will need a doctor’s note in order to proceed if you are taking any medications for any specific health conditions. (example – but not limited to: Diabetes, High Blood Pressure etc) * You must NOT be pregnant or nursing to receive permanent makeup.  * You may not be on blood thinners.   DISCLAIMER (FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES)   Photos taken during and after your enhancement may be posted on wonderfullymadeink.glossgenius.com, on my social media platforms.  (For marketing purposes your pictures may appear on our social media websites and on our webpage or marketing materials.)   Touch ups are highly recommended and cost varies depending on the time frame you choose. To ensure great results we recommend booking your touch up appointment within 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. I do require the initial touch up.   Minimum of 48 hours is required to transfer an appointment to another date and/or time.   Failure to give appropriate time to transfer will result in being charged 50% of the full service. If you choose to reschedule after the 48 hour mark, please note you are responsible for the 50% from your original date as well as 100% of the rescheduled date. You are allowed ONE reschedule appointment within our 48 hour policy, if you re-book and try to cancel or reschedule for a second time within 48 hours of your new appointment you will be charged 50% again, and can no longer book. All same day cancellations are charged 50% of full service cost. No exceptions. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of service cost. No exceptions.  Upon booking your appointment we will require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.    You must arrive on time.  If you are running 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment and charge you for 100% of the appointment. Being late will create a delay to my schedule and is unfair to other clients. If you no call/no show you will be charged the full amount of the service and banned from booking in the future.   I reserve the right to refuse services. Prices are subject to change at any time.   Only 40-70% percent of the ink will retain on the skin after the treated area has healed therefore we highly recommend booking a touch up appointment to ensure results. On the rare occasion a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare the client will be charged accordingly.    To ensure you are satisfied with your service we request that you carefully look at the shape and color before we start the service. Once the decision is made, the look you chose will be final. After leaving my salon I am not responsible or liable for any changes you wish to make to your shape or color so please make sure you are final with your decision. Any desired changes made to the shape or color after leaving my salon will result in extra charges.   I cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of my clients because everyone’s skin takes differently to permanent makeup. I am honest and upfront on giving my clients realistic expectations.  There are also no refunds as we have carried out the service. There will be no refunds to foreign brow clients who paid up front with cash, card or Cherry if you decide to not go through with removals.
